Project terms

How website requests, scope and handover work.

Request and acceptance

A request is not a contract or payment. Scope, price and a start date are confirmed before work begins.

Materials and changes

You supply content, images and permission to use them. Page counts, languages, revision rounds and delivery timing are agreed in writing.

Payment and handover

Payment arrangements, cancellation, refund and website ownership terms are confirmed in the final agreement before payment.

Delivery & changes

24h

Build after payment

Your first website version is delivered within 24 hours of successful payment. Complete the brief and supply your materials before paying.

24h

Your revision window

You have another 24 hours after receiving the first version to request included changes within the agreed scope.

+

After that window

Later changes are paid separately. You receive a quote to approve first. New features outside the selected package are also quoted separately.

What we need to make this useful

Explain the business problem you want this page or service to solve. A clear audience, a specific offer and accurate contact information give us a better starting point than a long list of visual preferences. We use the brief to identify what is ready, what is missing and what needs your approval before the website can move forward.

02

Clear responsibilities, fewer surprises

You provide accurate business information and permission to use the content and images you supply. We work within the selected scope and explain items that need a separate quote. Keep feedback specific: point to the page, describe the issue and say what the visitor should understand instead. This makes decisions easier to review.

03

Your next practical step

If you are ready for a new website, compare the packages and complete the guided brief. If you have a question about an optional service, use the contact page and describe the website it will support. You do not need every marketing channel at once. Start with a useful website and choose additions based on a concrete need.

A request is different from a completed payment

The website lets you select a package and submit a brief. That action records the project information and payment preference; it does not collect money or create an active paid subscription. The request confirmation should not be read as a payment receipt. The project scope and the payment arrangements are confirmed before work begins. Do not send card details through the brief or general email form. If the displayed package does not cover the project you describe, the scope must be discussed before the standard price is treated as an agreement for that work.

The standard page limits define the starting scope

The website packages cover up to five, ten or fifteen pages as selected and agreed. The one-time build prices are €200, €350 and €500, while the corresponding monthly subscriptions are €29.99, €59.99 and €99.99. More than fifteen pages and specialist functionality require consultation. A page limit does not imply unlimited software functions, content writing or integrations. Supply an accurate page list and explain any booking, shop or account requirement in advance. Languages, materials and external dependencies should be understood before payment so the delivery promise applies to a defined standard project.

Delivery and revision requests use separate windows

The first standard website version is built within twenty-four hours after successful payment, using the complete brief and assets supplied beforehand. After delivery, there is another twenty-four-hour period to request included changes within the agreed scope. A revision request should identify the affected page and the change needed. New features or additional pages are separate scope decisions. Requests made after the revision window are quoted separately before work starts. The revision window is the time to request changes; it should not be confused with an unlimited ongoing editing service or an automatic extension whenever new content becomes available.

Monthly subscriptions and ending the service

Monthly website plans renew monthly until cancelled and do not have a twelve-month fixed commitment. Standard hosting and technical maintenance are included while the plan is active. Cancellation before the next renewal stops the following renewal, with hosting ending at the end of the paid period. Export, transfer and ownership arrangements must be confirmed before payment, rather than assumed from the word subscription. One-time website builds use separately agreed hosting and maintenance. Keep those service arrangements distinct from any optional SEO, advertising or social media work, which needs its own scope and cost explanation.

Materials, approvals and later requirements

You should supply accurate business details and only materials you have permission to use. Reference websites explain a preferred direction; they do not authorise copying another business’s branding or content. Keep the agreed page list, content responsibilities and review notes available during the project. If the business offer changes after the first build, describe the new requirement and ask for a quote. Do not assume that all future redesigns or additional pages are included in a standard subscription. Where the final agreement, service configuration or applicable requirements need review before the project begins, that review should happen before a customer is asked to pay.
